Hammer & Steel Global, LLC is hiring a Corporate Controller to spearhead accounting operations and financial strategy for a top supplier of construction equipment in the USA. This full-time opportunity focuses on enhancing financial integrity and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering essential financial insights to executive leadership. Partnering with the Chief Financial Officer, you will drive process improvements and support critical growth initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations encompassing all financial processes
- Direct financial close procedures for accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze and report on financial statements and key metrics
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance
- Provide financial analysis for strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a relevant field
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in financial management
- Extensive knowledge of accounting operations and controls
- Proven leadership in finance or accounting roles
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
