Take the helm as Operations Manager at Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. in North Vancouver, BC. Oversee complex projects, drive operational excellence, and support business growth in marine infrastructure.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires a seasoned construction leader to guide operations and project teams within Vancouver Pile Driving. You will lead a diverse portfolio of marine, industrial, and heavy civil projects, ensuring successful delivery. Your work will also involve building strong client relationships and innovating solutions for operational efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute business unit strategies
• Lead coaching and mentorship for Project Managers
• Monitor project performance and resource allocation
• Drive operational excellence across business functions
• Build and maintain client and industry relationships
Requirements:
• Significant leadership experience in construction or marine sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of project financial management
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Professional Engineering designation or relevant degree Shape the future of marine development while leading high-performing teams at Vancouver Pile Driving.
