Accedian Networks is looking for an IT System Administrator to support its international sales force. Engage in maintaining critical IT infrastructure and enhancing network performance. In this role, you will be a hands-on contributor working across teams at Accedian Networks, collaborating on the maintenance of network systems and applications. You will ensure operational efficiency for both local and international employees while managing critical IT processes. Flexibility and a strong customer service mindset will be essential in navigating a rapidly evolving organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain systems including Microsoft Servers and SQL databases
- Document and streamline IT workflows
- Assist with infrastructure projects and server configurations
- Process helpdesk tickets and assist users
- Support employees using various applications
- IT experience of 2-5 years
- Familiarity with complex network topology
- Flexible and customer service-oriented
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with virtualization desired
