The Executive Director will guide Tamir’s continued growth and impact while championing dignity, inclusion, and belonging. The position requires senior leadership in a complex nonprofit or human services organization, with strong financial and organizational capabilities. A meaningful connection to Jewish life and community is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate Tamir’s priorities into goals and drive organizational effectiveness
- Build a trusting workplace culture and develop leadership capacity
- Champion high-quality, person-centred programs and services
- Oversee budgeting and responsible stewardship of organizational resources
- Strengthen relationships across Tamir’s communities and partnerships
Requirements:
- Advanced education or equivalent senior leadership experience
- Senior leadership experience in complex nonprofit or human services organizations
- Strong relationship-building, communication, financial, and organizational capabilities
- Meaningful connection to Jewish life, values, and community
- Commitment to inclusion, dignity, and human rights
