- Design and implement new workflows and manufacturing cells
- Establish production readiness and qualification processes
- Lead first-article builds and production trials
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards
- Develop materials specifications and traceability protocols
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering in regulated environments
- Experience with machining, welding, and assembly processes
- Strong knowledge of inspection methodologies and engineering drawings
- Proficient in cross-functional teamwork and communication skills
