Drive change through effective business analysis at Western University as a Business Solutions Analyst. This role is a two-year, full-time contract focused on enhancing educational delivery and operational practices. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in streamlining processes within the Faculty of Education. Your duties include conducting comprehensive assessments, identifying workflow inefficiencies, and providing actionable solutions. Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to facilitate innovative improvements in service delivery and program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead current state assessments and process mapping initiatives
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder workshops
• Create reports and business cases to support decisions

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business analysis experience
