We are looking for a Data Engineer who thrives on challenges and utilizes their knowledge of Databricks, Big Data, and Azure technologies. You'll design and build high-throughput data frameworks, architect ingestion pipelines, and create seamless integrations for business intelligence using Power BI. Your role will also encompass transforming data assets into a medallion architecture for optimal analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high throughput frameworks and libraries
- Architect data ingestion pipelines with Azure Data Factory
- Transform raw datasets into structured data lakes
- Convert Hive Metastore to Unity Catalog with permissions
- Enable dashboard-ready datasets for Power BI integration
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Databricks experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related area
- Databricks Data Engineering Professional Certification
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and Unix
- Proficient in troubleshooting Azure services and DevOps pipelines
