Security Project Manager LanceSoft, Inc.

Pay Range: CAD 65-70/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and Security-related projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across concurrent projects; develop mitigation and contingency strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and quality management frameworks.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams, external partners, and leadership stakeholders.
• Provide regular project reporting, performance tracking, and executive-level status updates.
• Support change management and ensure smooth transition of project deliverables into operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 7 years managing complex IT projects.
• Proven experience across multiple domains such as infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, enterprise applications, and IT operations.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• PMP certification (or equivalent) required; additional certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, or CISSP are an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience working within regulated or utility environments considered an asset.
