In this role, you will drive the estimation process for complex projects valued from $1 million to $2 billion, including a variety of commercial and industrial buildings. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include the development of detailed cost estimates focused on architectural integrity and construction efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing Stantec’s reputation as a leader in building stronger communities through effective infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates
- Validate construction quantities and material takeoffs
- Support estimators in scheduling and cost tracking
- Prepare cost estimation reports for clients
- Identify project risks and opportunities in estimates
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
- At least 10 years of estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems and structures
- Experience in either commercial or industrial facilities
- Capability to interact with clients and stakeholders
