Pergolux GmbH is seeking a Hands-on Head of Sales for the US market, based in Burnaby, BC, Canada. You will own revenue targets, supervise a high-performing sales team, and scale an integrated sales engine spanning direct, B2B2C, and showroom channels.
You’ll lead a cross-functional, fast-growing team and drive multi-channel growth in a premium outdoor living brand. You will design scalable processes, coach top performers, and collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Ops to optimize lead
