Lead enterprise data strategies with Top Aces as the Director of Data Management and Business Intelligence. Drive innovation and ensure the integrity of aviation data across operations and analytics. In this critical role, you will report to the Chief Information Officer and manage how data is governed, utilized, and protected across multiple departments. Your expertise in aviation data and enterprise systems will be key to enhancing aircraft availability and operational performance. Collaborating with various teams, you will advocate for data integration and quality management while maintaining stringent compliance standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy
- Establish data governance policies and standards
- Lead data quality controls and issue resolution
- Define enterprise data architecture and integration patterns
- Promote trusted analytics for decision-making
- Bachelor's in relevant field; graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years in data management and analytics roles
- 5+ years leading projects or teams
- Strong background in aerospace or regulated industries
- Knowledge of Microsoft data platforms, including Azure
