Elevate patient care at SE Health as a Therapy Assistant in Richmond Hill. Work alongside experienced therapists in outpatient rehab, enhancing your skills while helping patients recover effectively.
In this role, you will be part of a dedicated team at SE Rehab Health Clinic, implementing treatment plans and providing essential support to patients. Your ability to communicate effectively and adapt quickly to dynamic situations will enhance the care experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Aid therapists in implementing rehabilitation programs
• Deliver prescribed treatments including gait and balance training
• Conduct therapeutic exercise classes tailored for patients
• Ensure equipment is set up, sanitized, and organized
• Provide regular updates on patient status to therapists
Requirements:
• Diploma in OTA/PTA required
• One year of experience in an outpatient setting
• Knowledge of therapeutic tools and techniques
• Strong ability to work in a collaborative environment
• BLS certified with required background checks Make an impact in the recovery journey of patients at SE Health by applying your skills and compassion.
