Lead Java and FHIR integration work as a Senior Full Stack Developer in a hybrid Toronto assignment requiring three onsite days weekly.
This four-month contract focuses on FHIR Subscription and SubscriptionTopic integration. You will build Java, Node.js, React, and AWS services for clinical event processing. The work also includes SMART on FHIR and HL7 v2 integration.
Key Responsibilities
Assess polling workflows and identify notification-triggering events Define FHIR SubscriptionTopic resources and subscription lifecycle components Develop Java and Node.js event notification services Build AWS Lambda functions and queue integrations Configure NextGen Connect channels for HL7 v2 workflows
Requirements:
Advanced FHIR Subscription and SubscriptionTopic experience Senior Java, Node.js, and REST API experience AWS Lambda and asynchronous queue experience Strong React and SMART on FHIR development experience Public sector experience and NextGen Connect expertise Apply senior Java, FHIR, React, and integration expertise to responsive clinical event processing in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
