Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers through suggestive selling and excellent service
- Educate customers about products and loyalty programs
- Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and stockroom
- Resolve customer interactions and potential issues courteously
- Execute operational processes and maintain organized work areas
Requirements:
- Strong communication with customers and team members
- Customer-focused approach on and off the sales floor
- Passion for retail and continuous improvement
- Ability to utilize retail technology
- Flexible availability and ability to lift up to 30 pounds
