As Salesforce DevOps Developer Lead, you will centralize platform practices and connect Salesforce operations with modern software engineering. The work includes custom tooling, environment management, deployment quality, and developer mentorship. You will translate strategy into execution across concurrent engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce projects and align engineering initiatives strategicallyBuild enterprise CI/CD workflows and automated release pipelinesEstablish deployment guardrails, quality gates, and release strategiesManage sandbox provisioning, refreshes, backups, and capacity monitoringImplement platform monitoring, alerting, compliance, and credential lifecycle practicesRequirements:
Six or more years developing software with scripting capabilitiesFive or more years engineering Salesforce DevOps and CI/CDHands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Metadata API, and Salesforce DXExperience with Git-based branching and Salesforce release toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceLead Salesforce DevOps engineering at ATB through CI/CD automation, environment strategy, platform monitoring, and technical mentorship.
