Build AWS and GCP infrastructure with Terraform as a Senior DevOps Developer at Benevity, using a flexible hybrid work approach.
Own cloud infrastructure and developer platforms supporting product teams at Benevity. Write Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines, tune systems, and participate in shared on-call responsibilities. Partner with Staff engineers while mentoring intermediate engineers and improving developer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build scalable AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform Create reusable CI/CD workflows, templates, and shared libraries Automate operational toil with code and AI-driven workflows Build observability dashboards, alerts, and meaningful SLIs Operate containers and help shape the Kubernetes transition
Requirements:
Production SaaS experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering Hands-on AWS, IAM, networking, and Terraform experience CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions or Jenkins Programming ability in Python or similar languages Incident response, observability, and post-mortem experience Bring Terraform, cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform engineering expertise to Benevity’s developer-focused DevOps team.
