Our financial services client is seeking a Program Manager to lead lending and mortgage transformation initiatives using digital banking, mortgage modernization, and program delivery Join a digital banking organization delivering strategic lending and mortgage transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. This role leads complex business and technology programs focused on mortgage modernization, lending process improvements, digital lending experiences, and operational efficiency. The position offers exposure to cross-functional delivery across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Lending teams supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. 1- year Contract Location: Downtown - King and Parliament Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite 40 hours/ week Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of lending and mortgage transformation initiatives Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Operations, Lending, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams Drive program delivery from initiation through implementation and post-launch stabilization Support initiatives focused on mortgage modernization, lending process improvements, and digital lending experiences Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews Identify and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies Must Haves 10+ years in Technical Program Management , Project Management, or Transformation Delivery Delivery of complex banking transformation or financial services initiatives within regulated environments Management of program governance , risks, issues, dependencies, and executive communications Experience delivering initiatives across business and technology teams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Nice to Have Mortgage transformation programs Lending modernization initiatives Loan origination systems or mortgage servicing platforms Digital lending platforms and consumer banking initiatives PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications Our financial services client is seeking a Program Manager to lead lending and mortgage transformation initiatives using digital banking, mortgage modernization, and program delivery Join a digital banking organization delivering strategic lending and mortgage transformation initiatives within a regulated financial services environment.
