Support patients at home and in community settings as a Personal Support Worker with ParaMed across Midland, Orillia, Muskoka, and surrounding areas.
As a full-time PSW, you will provide compassionate personal care while supporting dignity, independence, and comfort. Your work includes daily living assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping. You will build trusted relationships with patients and families through professional care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bathing, toileting, peri-care, and daily personal care Provide skin, hair, and oral care for patients Prepare meals and snacks, including outlined special diets Offer light housekeeping and companionship in homes Support meaningful routines and independence in community settings
Requirements:
Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate Compassionate, empathetic, and professional patient interactions Reliability and flexibility for evolving care needs Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen Bring personal care, meal preparation, and compassionate support to ParaMed patients throughout Midland, Orillia, and Muskoka.
