In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Youth Transitional Housing and Shelter Program. You will help residents with daily routines, develop individualized treatment plans, and create positive learning experiences. Candidates should bring a commitment to equity and experience with at-risk youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and direct care for youth residents
- Support residents in daily activities and appointments
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records
- Facilitate a safe and welcoming living environment
- Collaborate with external service providers and families
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in child and youth work or related field
- Experience with youth in residential settings preferred
- First Aid/CPR and CPI certifications advantageous
- Understanding of issues facing homeless youth
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
