• Oversee all food and support service operations
• Plan and implement quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Public Health standards
• Supervise and motivate support staff effectively
• Liaise with residents and families regarding care needs

• Post-secondary education in management preferred
• Current CSNM membership or Registered Dietitian status
• Minimum of three years in dietary management
