In this critical role, the Regional Manager will oversee a team that drives procurement and category management initiatives, tackling significant market challenges with innovative approaches. The position focuses on developing strategic supplier relationships and optimizing costs while adhering to safety and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead proposal development and tendering for projects
• Manage supplier contract negotiations and risk frameworks
• Conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in supplier productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management
• Over 5 years’ experience in procurement management
• Expertise in contractual frameworks and negotiations
• Strong project management capabilities
