You'll be hands-on as well as leading a team to create business-oriented Data Products using Snowflake and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities
• Mentor and develop the Data Modelling team
• Define and enforce data modelling standards across the organization
• Oversee design and quality of analytical data models
• Establish data quality controls and governance practices
• Coordinate modelling initiatives and manage team priorities

Requirements:
• 8+ years in data warehousing or analytics engineering
• 2+ years leading technical teams
• Expertise in Kimball-style dimensional modelling
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, and SQL
• Ability to balance leadership and technical delivery
