This position involves gathering and analyzing critical data that supports the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing departments. You will ensure data integrity across various systems and manage key data elements related to products and pricing. Your expertise in data governance and process improvement will drive strategies for enhancing data quality and accessibility while also supporting cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain data standards across the organization
• Manage data within PIMCore, Visual ERP, and Zoho CRM
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and issues
• Develop automated workflows for data processing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for system improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in data administration
• Proficiency in SQL and ERP/CRM software
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred Utilize your data expertise to strengthen CMP's decision-making processes and support business strategies.
