In this full-time position, Mackage is looking for a Supervisor with a strong retail background to lead and develop staff, engage clients, and ensure daily operational excellence. Requirements:
• 1-2 years in a retail/customer service environment
• Experience as a supervisor is advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of fashion trends a plus
