Lead complex technology transformation programs as a Senior Project Manager with Thomson Reuters in Toronto, using strategic governance and hands-on execution. This hybrid role connects strategy with operational delivery.
Within CIO Strategy & Operations, you will own high-impact programs spanning multiple business domains and technologies. You will translate strategy into plans, manage delivery controls, and guide cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will support measurable outcomes across a global, matrixed technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic programs from initiation through execution and completion Own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and benefits realization Apply governance, PMO standards, tooling, and methodologies Manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Provide executive-ready updates and mentor project managers
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive project or program management experience Experience leading large, cross-functional programs in complex organizations Ownership of budgets, scope, and resourcing across concurrent projects Senior stakeholder negotiation and engagement experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Bring technology transformation leadership, governance expertise, and stakeholder management to high-impact programs at Thomson Reuters.
