You'll develop new features and mentor other engineers, establishing best practices that foster a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive technical design and development for new features
- Own complex engineering challenges end-to-end
- Mentor engineers and establish coding standards
- Research and assess new technologies for business value
- Collaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements
- 6+ years in software development roles
- Strong C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core expertise
- Solid understanding of database design and SQL
- Experience building scalable web applications
- Strong communication and mentorship skills
