Ketek Group Inc is seeking motivated individuals for the Shop Hand position, based at our Western and Northern Canada locations. In this entry-level role, you will work alongside Project Managers and shop personnel, learning maintenance basics while handling various hand tools. Successful candidates will be adaptable, eager to learn, and hold a basic mechanical aptitude. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute instructions from the Shop Foreman and senior staff
- Clean tools and equipment with a pressure washer
- Disassemble machinery for thorough cleaning
- Identify and report faulty equipment
- Repair submersible pumps and similar equipment
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Experience with hand tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
