Focused on AI-Native SDLC initiatives, this role demands 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, digital design, and front-end technologies. You'll be using Figma for creating responsive interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences. The position is pivotal in implementing workflows that support aquatic ecosystem missions while fostering user engagement and accessibility. Key Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces, workflows, prototypes, and digital experiences
- Create and maintain wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and design system assets
- Collaborate on the development of reusable front-end components
- Utilize generative AI tools for design and exploration
- Document design decisions and user flows
- 5+ years in UI/UX and front-end development
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of software testing and QA practices
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
