- Take charge of Diligence processes and analysis
- Draft investment memorandums for board reviews
- Engage with finance and operational teams for integrations
- Lead discussions with stakeholders professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
- Minimum 2 years in relevant M&A experience
- Skilled in financial models and structured analysis
- Excellent communication for high-level interactions
