Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Paralegal to oversee drafting, negotiation and management of lease documents across Canada. You will act as a SME for commercial lease documentation under Quebec Civil Code and Canadian common law, ensuring accuracy, enforceability, and risk mitigation.
Reporting to the Director, Lease Documentation, you will shape leasing standards, drive strategic negotiations, and support cross-functional partners.
