As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner closely with Sales to navigate the pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities. Your role involves presenting solution architectures that resonate with customer objectives while translating their pain points into effective solutions. Continuous improvement through stakeholder engagement will enhance your impact in this customer-facing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-sales for small to mid-sized opportunities
- Conduct tailored software demonstrations for clients
- Translate customer challenges into clear solution narratives
- Own technical wins for smaller projects
- Co-lead webinars and industry events
- 1–3 years in Internal Audit or Risk Management
- Experience with SaaS solutions and demos
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfort in a collaborative, commercial setting
- Willingness to deepen technical and domain knowledge
