Good Samaritan Society is hiring a Health Care Aide for the night shift starting ASAP and ending September 30, 2027. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll provide personalized support to residents, ensuring their privacy and independence. This role emphasizes advocacy and compassionate interactions to promote well-being in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage in daily living assistance with respect for residents’ choices
• Collaborate with the care team to report residents’ needs
• Maintain care plans and adhere to quality standards
• Provide coaching to peers to enhance service delivery
• Create a welcoming and safe atmosphere for residents
Requirements:
• Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent required
• High school diploma or GED necessary
• Required First Aid certification
• Valid registration with caregiving regulatory bodies
