Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering as a Senior Business Analyst supporting digital transformation initiatives. Apply stakeholder management across business and IT teams.
This senior role bridges business needs and technology solutions through business and IT process expertise. You will analyze requirements, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. The position requires experience in IT projects and values Ontario Public Sector experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business and functional requirements elicitation and documentation Develop BRDs, FRDs, process models, use cases, and user stories Facilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and stakeholder interviews Optimize workflows and lead process re-engineering initiatives Support Agile, Waterfall, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning
Requirements:
Seven or more years as a Business Analyst in IT projects Strong BPMN, UML, data flow, and process mapping expertise Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio, and Lucidchart Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills CBAP or PMI-PBA certification preferred Bring senior business analysis, process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder skills to technology and transformation initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
