As a key member of our International team, you will ensure efficient coordination and execution of export processes. This role requires a strong operational background and proficiency in managing shipping documents, communicating with freight carriers, and addressing service issues. Your contributions will directly impact our rapid growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the transportation of export goods
- Prepare essential shipping and legal documents
- Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and service providers
- Resolve issues and support internal and external customers
- Ensure timely entry of rates for profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in export procedures
- Strong operational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred
- Familiarity with CargoWise is an asset
