Inventory Control Associate
Location: Calgary, AB
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
A growing manufacturing organization in Calgary is seeking Inventory Control Associates to support warehouse operations and a large-scale inventory consolidation project. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow within a stable organization while gaining experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counting and inventory adjustments.
Accurately track and document material movements within the warehouse management system (WMS).
Support shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and material handling activities.
Receive and process incoming inventory from suppliers.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
Update inventory records and maintain data accuracy using Excel and other systems.
Assist with warehouse consolidation projects and material transfers between facilities.
