Markham, ON, CA Full time on site position at VinFast Auto Canada Inc. VinFast Auto Canada Inc. is seeking legal counsel to provide support to the various business departments and General Counsel of VinFast Auto Canada. Responsibilities

Providing practical and reliable legal advice and support to the various business units Conducting research and lending support on policy review and training Working closely with customer service on customer disputes Negotiating, drafting, reviewing contracts and advising on risk to the business Helping to manage company registrations and business licenses Providing support and advice on compliance matters, provincial laws and regulations applying to business operations in Canada Overseeing company’s legal compliance as it relates to provincial and federal EV regulations and associated regulatory bodies Representing VinFast at trade associations Liaising with the VinFast Global legal department and Vingroup’s international legal teams Support to General Counsel on a host of various initiatives Skills / Knowledge / Experience / Education Required

Licensed member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario No less than 5 + years of experience in corporate/commercial law in-house or from a leading law firm Excellent communication skills Proficient drafting and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism Experience in privacy and compliance Familiarity with the automotive sector and with Lemon Law is a considered a strong asset VinFast Auto Canada Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
