You will also be involved in strategic discussions for continuous store improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and staff performance
- Maintain comprehensive records of sales and inventory
- Hire and mentor employees in customer service techniques
- Address customer feedback with timely solutions
- Participate in leadership forums to enhance performance
- High School Diploma or equivalent necessary
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in retail
- Ability to perform in a retail environment with multitasking
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Strong English communication skills
