Drive health and safety standards as the Regional HSE&S Manager at Neoen in Toronto. This role focuses on developing strategies, regulatory compliance, and promoting a Zero Harm culture across North America.
As a key leader in Neoen's Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSE&S) initiatives, you will implement and manage the HSE management system across operations in Canada and the U.
S. Your expertise and guidance will influence project safety from development to decommissioning phases while collaborating with various teams. Frequent travel to project sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead implementation of Neoen’s HSE strategy in the Americas
• Promote Zero Harm culture through visible leadership
• Provide HSE guidance to management and project teams
• Establish annual HSE objectives and improvement plans
• Oversee compliance with global HSE standards
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in HSE management
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in risk analysis and incident investigation
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America Support Neoen in delivering renewable energy projects that prioritize health, safety, and environmental stewardship.
