Arcadis seeks a senior engineer for its Buildings Engineering practice. You will oversee technical delivery and project execution across commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. The work spans design through construction and commissioning, with responsibility for teams, clients, quality, and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mechanical system design and delivery for complex building projectsDirect projects from concept through construction and commissioningReview calculations, reports, specifications, studies, and construction documentsCoordinate architectural, structural, electrical, civil, and specialty disciplinesMentor engineers, designers, and technical staffRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited universityProfessional Engineer designation in Canada or registration eligibilityEight or more years consulting in mechanical building systems designKnowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls, and automation systemsProficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and mechanical design softwareApply mechanical design, technical oversight, and leadership experience to sustainable building projects with Arcadis.
