Technical Support Agent

Provide technical support for on-site and remote users via ticketing systems, emails, phone calls, etc. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Onboarding and offboarding users and accounts. Testing new technology. Ensures software license compliance. Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed. Helps coordinating the IT project implementation. Creating and maintaining SOPs, policies, instructions, and knowledgebase. You have strong database skills and are detail oriented. You have excellent knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Windows, Office, SQL, and Networking. You can work independently with minimum supervision.
