Key Responsibilities
• Lead preparation of Technical Due Diligence Reports
• Oversee Monthly Monitoring Reports assessing project health
• Act as technical advisor on contractual and procurement strategies
• Facilitate datacentre project support at all phases
• Engage with clients and consultants effectively throughout projects
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years in construction or project management
• Experience in technical due diligence and monitoring
• Strong experience with datacentre developments
• Bachelor's degree; membership in professional organizations is beneficial
• Proven ability to maintain quality and efficiency in projects Drive project innovations and contribute to significant outcomes with Turner & Townsend.
