As a Warehouseperson B reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, you will operate machinery and manage stock effectively. Essential skills include maintaining a valid forklift certification and communicating with drivers to ensure safe loading practices. This role emphasizes organization and teamwork while offering opportunities for overtime and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate a counter balance forklift
• Load and unload truck shipments efficiently
• Communicate loading instructions to truck drivers
• Utilize FIFO system for product identification
• Assist with inventory and minimize errors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid class 1 forklift certification
• 2 years of forklift operation experience
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
