NFI Industries in Ontario is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to act as the Lean coach across multiple sites. You will lead 3-day ONE Program events, train leadership and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment of gains through the Lean Transformation Plan.
You will collaborate with Regional Operations and Engineering to identify opportunities, run shop-floor workshops, and track progress against KPIs, delivering measurable productivity and safety improvements.
