You will maintain interior and exterior common areas, prepare apartments for turnover, and help keep spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. The work includes painting, cleaning, minor repairs, seasonal duties, and equipment movement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain interior and exterior common areas
- Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Prepare apartments through painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Inspect properties and report maintenance issues
- Respond to basic resident service requests
Requirements:
- Building maintenance, construction, renovations, or general labour experience considered an asset
- Good physical condition for manual labour
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
- Strong organization and ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license considered an asset
