This pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and verification of cutting-edge electronic hardware for advanced locking products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure your designs are manufacturable, reliable, and meet compliance standards. Your role directly impacts product success by optimizing electronic systems for performance and manufacturability. Key Responsibilities:
- Own the electronic hardware system-level design process
- Manage schematic capture, PCB layout, and DFMEA reviews
- Innovate low-power circuit designs and sensor integration
- Collaborate with multiple teams for compliance testing
- Direct certification and performance tuning efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering plus 8+ years' experience
- Extensive knowledge of digital, analog, and embedded electronics
- Experience with MCU systems and communication interfaces
- Strong debugging capabilities with various engineering tools
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-disciplinary teams
