Student Support Administrator
Mary's Catholic High School, Woodstock
Permanent Full-time 1.0 FTE – twelve-month (12) position
The Student Support Administrator is subject to the direct supervision of the Principal and Office Supervisor. Daily work is scheduled by the Office Supervisor with the direction of the Principal. The Student Support Administrator is knowledgeable about the entire operation of the school, procedures, confidentiality of student records, and Ministry directives. Work is often performed independently within the prescribed policies and regulations. The emphasis of the work is upon maintaining effective public relations with students, staff and school visitors while operating a functional and efficient office and ensuring the protection of personal information and confidentiality.
Office Administration diploma/certificate or equivalent
Proven knowledge and experience with Student Management software (Powerschool) functionality applicable to secondary school needs and Microsoft Office software, with advanced word processing skills
Excellent knowledge of policy and Ministry rules associated with OSR’s and OST’s.
Start Date: Immediately
