Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap, enabling both quick wins and longer‑term strategic goals Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence Provide input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities 3+ years in a customer‑facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role 5+ years of CRM industry experience Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud Experience with GenAI prompt writing Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action Ability to lead a cross‑functional team to create rich end user experiences Experience with defining robust testing approaches for GenAI solutions Recruiter screen (phone)
