As a Building Superintendent, you will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for all building operations. This role requires strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, coupled with a customer-service focus. You'll lead maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee routine inspections of all building systems
• Manage unit turnovers and suite readiness
• Lead response to emergency situations effectively
• Ensure cleanliness of grounds and common areas
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of residential building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
