Deveraux Facilities Technician Position

With your extensive technician experience, you’ll maintain building systems, providing quality service and ensuring residents enjoy well-kept facilities. Your commitment will build better communities and support our growth across Western Canada and Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain structural integrity through minor repairs
• Address maintenance requests within 48 hours
• Ensure vacant apartments are move-in ready
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
• Communicate updates effectively to residents

Requirements:

• Experience as a Facilities Technician
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
• Class 5 Driver's License and access to transportation
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training
