Job Overview/Qualifications
- Provide support to the Supply Chain team in the development and implementation of a Supply Chain strategy for nuclear components and services,
- Gathers and reports metrics to assess effectiveness of purchasing operations,
- Performs spend and commodity analysis, iv) Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers,
- Displays business acumen in communication with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Preferred 1-2 years' experience with SAP ERP
- Preferred 3-5 years' experience with product and service providers or other supplier related interfaces. Buying experience in the nuclear industry is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain practices and methods.
- Possess 2-3 years of commodity management experience.
- Experience dealing with contract management and negotiations.
